XXVIII Ayuntamiento Constitucional del Municipio del Nayar, Nayarit, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 115 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; los art\u00edculos 7\u00b0, 9\u00b0 y 107, \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo, de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Nayarit; as\u00ed como los art\u00edculos 10, 15, 16, 91, 92, 93, 95, 96, 97 y 101 de la Ley Municipal para el Estado de Nayarit, y dem\u00e1s disposiciones aplicables del Reglamento para Autoridades Auxiliares del H.
